Are you interested in bariatric surgery? Just follow the steps below to sign up for a consultation with our team. We may be able to help you lose weight, keep it off, and live the life you’ve imagined*.

Getting started consists of two easy steps.

1. Attend a Free Online Seminar

Weight loss is a journey, and we want you to know what to expect before you begin. Our talented team will be there every step of the way on your journey, both before and after weight loss surgery; but you’ll still have to put in the work to lose weight and keep it off. This seminar will tell you exactly what to expect.

If your family’s not convinced that bariatric surgery is the right path for you, you can encourage them to go through the seminar with you. Dr. Long answers many common objections about bariatric surgery, and stresses the safety of the procedures and his dedication to giving each patient an excellent outcome. He’s also available by phone for any questions you or your family may have after the seminar.

2. Schedule Your Appointment

After you register for the online seminar, someone from our friendly staff will call or text you to help you schedule an appointment. You’ll need to finish watching the online seminar before you come in for your appointment.

It’s important to note that we accept most, but not all, major insurance providers. To verify that your insurance will cover your procedure, please contact us.

Fast Track Program

After your initial sign up, most patients wait between 3 and 6 months before going through bariatric surgery. This wait time is mandated by insurance providers. However, if for some reason you cannot wait that long before surgery, our Fast Track program lets you sign up and go through your surgery in just under a month.

Am I Eligible For the Fast Track Program?
